Susie Stallings is owner, baker, master decorator, and designer of Susie’s Scrumptious Sweets. She brings you exquisitely decorated cakes whose taste surpasses their beauty! Her creations are offered in 30 different flavors that range from the traditional – Almond, Banana, Chocolate and Vanilla to the exotic -- Grand Marnier, Linzertorte and Chocolate Chili Mousse. Included in her repertoire of flavors is her signature Key Lime Cake.
Susie also offers a varied collection of cake fillings such as dark chocolate hazelnut truffles, pecan praline truffles and white chocolate truffles with fresh raspberries or amaretto cream custard to name a few. Whichever combination you choose, rest assured that each cake is made from scratch using only the finest ingredients. Susie can also create a cake to match your picture or design. Be it fragile flowers from sugar paste (pastillage), elegant bows to angelic cherubs, each detail realistic and exquisite.

Most famous for its wedding cakes, Susie's showed off a fairly amazing display of desserts: cakes of rum cannoli and dulce de leche; cake pops of red velvet, coconut, and German chocolate; caramelized popcorn; cheesecake lollipops of Key lime and chocolate; chocolate-covered strawberries; and cookies including Jamaican crunchies, Chinese five spice, and sesame butter.
